At My Gifts Personalized, quality is our primary goal. We strive to provide exceptional, personalized products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy in detail below.

1. Return Policy (7 Days Only)

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (photo and description required).
  • The product was broken during transit with the carrier (we will file a claim and send a replacement).
  • The product contains a misspelling or personalization error caused by My Gifts Personalized (we will replace it free of charge).

Please note: Personalized products that have been manufactured according to your provided specifications cannot be returned for other reasons. Kindly ensure that all personalization details are accurate when placing your order, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once production has started.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at  info@mygiftspersonalized.com 
  • Provide a clear photo of the damage and a brief description.
  • If damage occurred during shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • For manufacturing errors (e.g., misspelling), we will replace the item free of charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized products, once manufactured and customized per your order, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Be sure to double-check all text, names, and other details before submitting your order.

4. Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved due to damage or error:

  • You, the customer, are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase:

  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund within 24 hours.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product, if applicable, or after canceling an order within the 24-hour cancellation window.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not offer exchanges on any products that have been customized according to your specifications.
