Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed by 11:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our typical order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This time frame allows us to personalize your order with care and attention to detail.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Transit Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our chosen carrier. The estimated delivery time after shipment is between 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to review and confirm these costs before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with tracking information within 24 hours. You can use this information to follow your package and estimate its arrival.
