The champagne glasses were a huge success at my cocktail party! I was really impressed with the quality and how beautifully the engraving came out. The shipping was incredibly quick, and they arrived right on schedule! Monica exceeded all my expectations.

I never received my items. I ordered 9 custom engraved champagne glasses. I was messaged the day it was supposed to arrive by the shop owner saying that it hadn't been sent yet due to an issue with the pdf file. Note that this was after it was already marked shipped 4 days prior, I had contacted the owner several times over the past week and a half checking on the order because it was supposed to be for a Christmas party but got zero responses until the day i was supposed to receive the item. I even opened a case before the arrival date , asking the shop owner to please respond so I wouldn't be stranded the day of the party without the glasses. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service for this order.
